How do I delete a card or purchase access for an employee?

For now, this feature is not available through a digital account. Please contact customer support via 01/3444 444 on weekdays (8:00 - 16:00) or by email info@metro-cc.hr and we will help you as soon as possible.

You can also block the card at the info desk of your METRO store.
