Why can't I log in to MyMETRO account?

Before applying, it is necessary to create a MyMETRO digital account. Any METRO card holder can register to create a digital account. If you have already registered, please make sure that you have clicked on the activation link you received via e-mail. The activation link is valid for 24 hours. You can always request a new activation link by registering again. If you have already clicked on the activation link, please make sure that you have entered the correct username and/or password.
