The status of a professional customer can be obtained by legal entities registered with the competent institution (registration is proven by the appropriate extract from the register) for carrying out their business activities, i.e., professional customers in the Republic of Croatia:
• Companies
• Landlords
• Family farms (OPG)
• Craftsmen and sole proprietors, i.e. individuals registered to carry out authorised economic activities
• Freelance professions (e.g. artists, lawyers, notaries, translators, athletes, or other independent professions), as well as doctors, dentists, veterinarians, and farmers
• Other forms of organisations (associations, clubs, representative offices, trade unions, diplomatic missions, non-governmental organisations, religious, social, and scientific institutions, political parties, and foundations)
• All other individuals not mentioned above who earn income through permanent or occasional independent work and purchase goods at METRO for the purpose of performing such work
