Please make sure that the e-mail has ended up in your junk (spam) e-mail inbox. You can prevent MyMETRO emails from being marked as spam by adding your customerservice@metro-cc.hr address to the safe senders list. Make sure you enter the information correctly, and if you are not sure, you can repeat the application.
